Description:
I was trying to use the Mail functionality to notify multiple users. This gave trouble with Outlook. I made a small modification in order to allow a ; separated list as mailaddresses.

But it seems that the config properties SmtpUser and SmtpPassword are never used?!

update namespace to prevent silly using issues (ie should be able to just say b = new ExceptionReporter()), and updated config.AppVersion and config.AppName to not overwrite if a value is already set - allowing the user to manually set these before calling .Show() on the main exceptionreporter object

some refactoring and a very important change to ExceptionReporter, which I swore I already committed but somehow didn't, where Assembly.GetCallingAssembly is called in the ExceptionReporter constructor (if it's left to later the CallingAssembly is incorrect
