Closed Task: Allow creation of Exception Report string without showing a dialog/form [3111]

Currently ExceptionReporter can only function by showing a dialog - with exception information.
However, there is a request to be able to get the Exception Report string without having to show a dialog (eg for logging purposes).

Fixed in changeset #21578, will be included in next release, which will either be called drop 4, or maybe version 1.2.

Since the Contact Tab requires explicit use of config (either code or app.config) to be populated and therefore look decent, it should be required to explicity set it to show, by default

The label message that confirms the report has been copied to the clipboard, doesn't fit on some screen resolutions.
Comments: increased size of the label (width and height) so any small message will fit on (hopefully) practically any resolution
